The transaction, which was approved at extraordinary shareholders' meetings, strengthened Invaca's corporate structure and consolidated the assets, rights, and obligations of the Real Estate Investment Fund under a single legal entity.

Invaca moved forward with a corporate consolidation process following the approval of the merger by absorption of Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios (FVI), a transaction that strengthened its capital structure and reaffirmed its position in the Venezuelan real estate and financial sectors.

As a result of this decision, Invaca, as the absorbing and surviving company, incorporated the assets, rights, and obligations of FVI, while the absorbed company ceased to exist for all legal purposes, in accordance with the applicable process and subject to the regulatory authorization required by applicable regulations.

The transaction also included the share exchange approved for FVI shareholders, as well as the continued listing of Invaca on the Caracas Stock Exchange under the ticker symbols IVC.A and IVC.B.

This step marked a new phase for the organization, as it brought together its expertise, assets, track record, and strategic vision into a single corporate platform, in line with the goal of continuing to create value for shareholders, investors, and partners.
