In its centennial year, the company announced a plan focused on strengthening its commercial, real estate, and stock market assets, along with a new phase of institutional growth.
As part of the celebration of its 100-year history, Invaca announced the launch of a new investment plan aimed at strengthening its commercial, real estate, and financial assets.
The organization reached this historic milestone thanks to a track record built on investment, promotion, and management of strategic assets, as well as 70 years of presence on the Caracas Stock Exchange—a factor that has accompanied its evolution as a company linked to the Venezuelan capital markets.
This new phase also coincided with the corporate consolidation resulting from the merger by absorption of Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios, a process that brought together assets, experience, and vision under a single identity: Invaca Investment Company.
As part of this roadmap, the company announced new investments in modernization, brand acquisition, and the development of projects related to retail and real estate, reaffirming its commitment to a management approach focused on growth, financial strength, and a long-term vision.
